After clicking the name of an event from the event management screen you will see all the posts inside and the different sections on the right.
The posts in the event storyboard can sorted by ascending or descending time by clicking the white "STORYBOARD ↓" button at the center top.
Click on the three dots "menu" button on a post to select whether you want to edit or delete it.
You can read or add comments on a post by clicking the number of comments label in the bottom right corner of each post.
To add a comment, enter text in the "Write a comment..." box and click the blue arrow button to post. You can also add attachments to the comment by clicking the paperclip "attach" button. Your system will prompt you to select a file you wish to attach.
To look at posts inside a specific section, click on the title box for a section. You will see all the posts inside of that section as well as small thumbnails of the posts underneath the title.
Click the "+ Section" button at the top right to add a new section where posts can sorted.
You can view the history of project by clicking the white "History" button in the top right corner.
To export the project as a convenient PDF file click the white "Export PDF" button in the top right corner.
You will prompted to select whether you want to include the event history in the report. Check the box if you wish and the click the blue "Export" button to generate and download the file.
To specifically tag a user in the project click the white "Tag User" button in the top corner.
You will be prompted to select one or more users to include in the tagging. Check which users you want to tag and the click the blue "Update" button to confirm or click the red "Cancel" button to back out.
