The event management screen has a lot of information and functions to navigate your projects' events. At a glance you can see a thumbnail for the event, name, project, team size, amount of posts inside the event, and if the event is active or not. Click on an event's name to see navigate the posts inside of the event.
Enter some keywords in the search bar in the top right corner to refine the posts displayed in the list.
You can create new events and use custom templates to quickly add pre-made sections. At the top of the screen click on the blue "Add Event" button to create a new event.
Click the blue "Download Template CSV" button to download a csv file with the columns and rows set up for quick use.
Click the "Template" tab above it to design new templates to be used when creating a new event.
Click the blue slider in the "Active" column to toggle on or off if the event is live for users to interact with.
Click the "three dots" on an event to expand the menu and see the options.
Click "Report" from the menu to generate a report file with all the information from that event.
Click "History" to see the history of the event.
Click "Daily Visit status report" to see the daily visit status of the event.
Click "Change owner" to switch which user owns this event.
Click "Edit" to make changes to the event's data.
Click "Delete with the red trash bin icon to delete the entire event from the project.
